ETHICS CODE and GENERAL INFORMATION
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to the families that we serve. Although you may choose only the items you desire, however, any funeral arrangement that you select will include a charge for basic services and overhead expenses. These charges are necessary to best help our company to serve you while embracing and meeting your individual needs. Consequently, if legal or other requirements mean that you must purchase any items you did specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing in the statement that we provide, describing the funeral goods and services that you have selected.
Itemized Professional Services
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff - $1450.00
This service includes, but is not limited to: Responding to the initial request for use of our services which also extends beyond the interment services - Conducting and counseling for the arrangements conference with family and Clergy - Coordination and Planning the Funeral - Obtaining Vital Information for the certificate of death - Examination of Financial Settlement Options-Preparation and filing of necessary papers, permits, and authorizations. Notary Services: This fee is also for our basic services and overhead that will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements that you selected. This fee already includes our charges for Immediate Burial and Cremations, as well as, forwarding or receiving of Deceased Remains.
Embalming - $675.00
Except in certain cases, the embalming procedure is NOT required by Law. However, embalming may be necessary, if you select a Standard Traditional Funeral Arrangement or choose to have a public viewing. If you choose not to embalm the remains, you have the right to select an alternative arrangement that does not requires you to pay for the embalming procedure, such as Cremation or Immediate Burial.

Use of Equipment and Facilities for Visitation
Equipment for Chapel Visitation or Church Visitation - $395.00
Licensed Professional Staff for Visitation at Church or Chapel - $595.00
Use of equipment for public church or chapel Memorial or Funeral Services - $595.00
Use of equipment and staff for Gravesite Services - $595.00
Automotive Transportation
Transfer of remains to Funeral Home - $395.00
Use of hearse for transportation casketed remains - $495.00
Use of Limousine for family transportation - $495.00
Use of limousine for repast after service - $65/hr
Service/Utility Vehicle. (added cost if needed) - $495.00
Transportation beyond 50 or more miles - $695.00 and up
Extended Professional Services - $1195.00 and up

Cost professional may vary based on other amenities provided by staff for housing and other body preparation of remains from date of the body entered the facility.
Receiving casketed remains from another funeral home for public funeral services - $3435.00 and up
Cost for services may vary according to desired requests of the family for their designed funeral services.
